I have a Canon 550D records 1080p/25 mov files.
Recently I just bought a Panasonic TM-90 camcorder and it records 1080p/60 mts files
For the bitrate I checked in Windows, the 550D is about twice as the TM-90 recorded video (45000 vs 25000 sth), however, when I play them both in VLC, the 550D mov file is quite smooth but the TM-90 mts file lag like a hell...
Isn't the higher bit rate file need more processing? since I think both of them are encoded in H.264...
