Pinnacle studio version 10.6

Hello,

I just bought this software but I am unable to install it on my computer.

I am trying to install it first on the P4 3.0 Ghz but it couldn't install and then try it on an AMD FX60 computer.

And it still couldn't install. I have written to Pinnacle support but all they say is that since version 10.7 is out, there will be no support for version 10.6.

I have download the 10.7 patch but without v10.6 install, I couldn't patch it to the latest version.

Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Think it got an issue to the Vista operating system or conflict with the disk burning software, must uninstall them and later re-install them after installing studio 10.

I pay 200plus for it.

Anyway, I found out that the DVD is spoil if I am not wrong, as I try to copy the file to the HDD, it give a CRC error message.

Going to ask them to replace the DVD.

The support just stated that it is unresolved. So I guess this is the last time I buy this product and brand.

Avoid buying pinnacle studio applications they are highly chance of coursing your pc to corrupted if you want try to get other editing software it is much more stable.

hey..

Although it very..very user friendly and I've been using pinnacle since studio 8 , Always have software issue problem , need to have a lot of patches to retify it.. Give up this product till Studio 9 upgrade version.
