The craftmanship on that is amazing :)
I mean, it looks so nice!
Pity if I ever got a hold of one, I probably wouldn't be able to bring it home - wood! :(

Max, dun like that say leh....

Cow dun drink water, u cannot force its head down ma....
it's a challenge by choice. You decide whether you want to take the plunge or not...
Everyone adult liao la...can decide whether they want to go to the darkside or not....

got any more units to sell me?
i like that it comes with a viewfinder..compared to other wooden pinholes :D

Another version of the camera that I brought back. But has since been forced to sell to a good fren who dark side is stronger. It's full metal with leatherette covered. Real solid build and I think it's probably bombproof. Enjoy. This trip I brought back only 1 metal one and a wooden one becos they're damn heavy to bring back....

this one looks heavy and big compared to your wooden ones.

The craftmanship is amazing....I wonder how they make the viewfinder?

I guess we'll have to source for a laser drill if we wish to form a Singapore Pinhole Photography Society (SPPS, hey nice anagram!).

But for DIY at the moment, this 'sinseh' here got to rely on wisdom of the ancients.... haha.

don't need laser drill .. all of us chip in abit can get a high-enough-power laser from wickedlasers ... powerful enough to burn through aluminium ..

Tempted to get this long time back
The Pinoramic 120, custom-made wooden camera

Jeff's china made pin hole camera seems a notch up with the view-finder.
:bsmilie: We can further improve on it by adding a TTH (not TTL ;)) metering system to auto-calculate the exposure time needed. Any electronics hobbyists here to develop this idea?

Actually I found a guy who can "drill" tiny holes into acrylic using laser (for a small price :)).
He's using an acrylic laser engraver to do it. So can actually cut multiple discs with a pinhole in the center.
The prob is trying to find an opaque, thin acrylic sheet to do it.
I'd drawn the discs out using inkscape, but no time to source for the acrylic....
