yeah did some light NR using LR as I set my body NR the lowest you can and at ISo1600 can start to show sign of noise I dont want the in body NR as it's too aggressive in extreme situation and details to me more important

Quite true abt NEX 7 NR. Pretty aggressive and u bound to lose details at such high iso.

True that's why last time I shoot RAW but sigh waste of space and I am not really selling my photos NEX7 still better in terms of IQ then my late A77 (hands down) (Sorry A77 owners don't flame me this is just based on my experience). NEX7 Jpeg still useable for me maybe up to ISO3200 beyond that maybe but for small prints or display like 800x600...

OT time - seen Digital Rev promos for XE-1 body only very nice price hehehe better than BnS very tempting....

oh X-E2 coming eh? with peaking now I'm sure hehe is the same 16MP sensor?.... I heard some feedback from bro TnTrue about using X-E1 and his 180+APO 2X Leica-r extender not sure if Fuji behaves the same without the extender... using tele lens seems to slow the shutter almost twice slower if you compare the same setup on NEX7 he is testing more see if this is confirmed.... It seems Fuji metering works differently than others? or maybe how the X-Trans sensor analyzes the light... or it could be the longer flange distance of Leica-R plus extender by the time the light hits the sensor it losses a lot but if that's the case NEX7 would react the same way... So I suspect its how the sensor analyzes the light.... Maybe Fuji knows this that's why there's no Tele lens from Fuji?

Guess telephoto lenses works d same way wif even d M sensor. Longer focal length will use slower shutter speed ya? X trans metering is kinda weird giving higher iso in low lights.

Fuji is coming out d 55-200 telephoto lens soon. Stay tuned.

yeah it could be how Fuji bodies meters.... I cant comment much coz I don't have Fuji body but Bro TnTrue has both NEX7 and X-E1 so he could compare side by side....
