The latest rumors suggest that we will only see Carl Zeiss lenses for full-frame E-mount. Well, that's my interpretation. Maybe Sony tries to copy the success of the Lunar. If the RX1 sells well enough the full-frame NEX kit might be very expensive. It has to be more expensive than the RX1, at least $5k.

To develop glasses good enuff for FF sensor, Carl Zeiss will have to be in the picture somehow, first to set the rite expectation to the buyers that Sony is providing high quality glasses to their FF NEX leading to more sales even if the retail price for the FF NEX will be high (5k at least). Which is still cheaper than Leica M.

if Sony will not, at least, announce by the end of this year a FF, I will just go buy a L-M.
they just released too many camera models with incremental improvement in these couple of years, which is quite disappointing.

The shape of the camera will not be that different from the current NEX-7. But I have been told Sony worked a lot to address and improve many if the limits of the current NEX-7 model. First of all it will have a new 24 Megapixel sensor with phase detection pixels on sensor. I repeat, it’s a new sensor and not the same of the current NEX-7. One source told me the new sensor delivers 1/3 of a stop better quality.

Also the internal electornic circuitry has been completely redesigned and I have been told there will be no more over heating issues (Hurray!). And one source just told me the EVF is amazing! I am currently contacting the trusted sources to confirm the specs I got about the camera. I will post them as soon as they confirm them.

I think you can stick to the classic. I guess Sony will only replace the micro lens array to give the illusion of PDAF and make some minor modifications. If you're lucky they increase the max. auto ISO about 1/3 stop.

Would u buy it if FF NEX is coming out next year with even better improvements with FF sensor? Unless you really got spare change to buy and try, sell off later just for the novelty of it. Dont see the point of buying another crop sensor NEX body, the more since you are using more of your MF lenses.

Only makes sense if it's a substantial improvement. At least he doesn't need to buy new native (!) lenses for it.

yeah. albertri doesnt really have alot SEL lens but he got TONS of manual lens!

yeah unles there's huge leap in the imporvement that will make NEX7 like a prehistoric NEX yeah why not until the FF NEX shows up just hope the NEXFF wond cost like crazy high

yeah. albertri doesnt really have alot SEL lens but he got TONS of manual lens!

sir not tons few only I love old legacy lenses couple with NEX peaking it's awesome... I guess my father had a lot to do with my legacy MF lenses love affair I saw him when I was very young (then) he's has a range finder if I remember it correct it's Konica but dunno the model...

but it look like this minus I guess the Leica glass hehehe dont think its the limited edition also but the silver and black is still very vivid in my memory . I always saw him bring it out when ever we have outings and he dont even let me touch it so it might cost hom a bomb hehe I would try to hunt for it in his cupboard and when my mom saw me sure kena whack hehe. And also I am always fanisinated with the old school photographers where they dont have AF but still could take awesome photos and mo IS some more hehe. My 1st shot of DSLR almost 96% of my shot are blurred...

Just check with my dad my mistake his Konica RF was C35 (That's why I remember the black and sliver thingy)
