Hi, guys, do you have any preferences when shooting using the nex 7 under the black and white mode? I mean, do you have specific settings for the contrasts, sharpness etc etc. I am trying to minimise pp.

I dont shoot straight B&W but normally when shooting B&W contrast is one of the things you need to pump up if you want graining pump up the ISO also sharpness also depending what type of B&W you want to achieve

try to play with the contrast, sharpness and ISO to get the effect you like. To me I normally shoot raw then use LR to convert it to B&W much easier for me coz I could play around with how much contrast and blacks I can tahan

Canon FL 35 f2.5 - Surprisingly this lens seems to render slightly on the contrasty and saturated side... has not tested on bright day light though...

Hehe thanks bro some cheap and good old japanese lens.

Lens collection bit bro i started using legacy lenses since way back the 1st release of epl1 through the years kinda accumulate a bit hehe. I may clear my cabinet early next year
