Not noise, tiles had designs, would be worried if it's noise at such low iso;p
MF assist doesn't work, a quick way to activate mfa is to use touchscreen and point to spot u want also there's a LCD screen setting that can set at daytime so the screen becomes bright and very contrasty, very helpful for mf in daytime+peaking+mfa it's really quite a breeze.
Fw is 1.00.

peaking is a nice quick way to focus =) tried it only few times from my friend using NEX also...

Nex 5N reached Singapore 1 day after ordering from HK!

Here is a ISO 3200 shot and a 100% crop. It was a very dark room and the picture is much brighter than the actual scene. 1/60s F1.8 with a Pentax FA77 lens. Sensor seems to be slightly better at high ISO than the C3 and K5 so its quite likely a new sensor, but I'll confirm tonight with some tests since I still have my C3. High ISO is quite remarkable.

mmm.. i think the HDR painting is too strong or mayb i haven practice much. as for miniature, yap is still not up to standard.

Thanks bro, i suppose u not going back m43 so have to join u lah I've been camping ard for a while, it's good to try different system. So far been steep learning curve and fun.

Once we get too used to something, our hands get itchy again and our wallets suffer.

Keke. I bought 2 NEX to Pentax K mount adapters from ebay. One cost $25 and the other $100. CHIIF camera in Singapore may sell

The FA77 lens can be bought from OP, Manly etc. Frequently appears in classifieds.
