went to Zouk for a Dr.Marten's event with a short concert by the band "The Heartbreaks". Brought my Voigtlander 40mm f1.4 Nokton and the Sony 16mm 'pancake' (more like cupcake) lens:

taken with available ambient lighting and at either ISO 800 or 1600 so it is noticeably grainy but I think the camera performed very well because I have never been able to take anything clear enough to my liking in a dark place like a club with a compact camera.

Hi All,

I am using a Sony 5R.

There is one thing i am not too sure about it, cos when i use my trip to shoot Human Portrait, the background is super clear but the person is blur. I tried using AF-S (single) with multiple focus areas and centre focus but also still the same.

Can someone advise me?

Looking forward. U can search d NEX 7 picture thread to c some of d shots I did wif d sigma 19mm on my previously owned NEX 7.

I have received my 19mm and 30mm. I have a question, whenever I use manual focus mode and rotate the focus ring of the lens, the image I see on the lcd screen gets zoomed immediately. May I know if this function can be off?

Just curious. How many of you here have bought the evf? I'm still considering if I should buy one given that it's cost a bomb :x

Very easy, if there is no difficulty shooting without evf, most probably you don't need it. Save the money.
