hmmmm so it's advisable not to get this cam huh ?
i can't make use on just the modes given to me?
if you wanna buy, please go ahead.
this cam is not your average p&s, dslr users will learn to appreciate this cam and play around with the settings to get the results they want but i cannot say the same for non-dslr users.

Hi,
I think the fish is a little under exposed. The grass are overwhelming the fish, which is supposed to be the main subject.
You may want to light up the fish more. If you crop the fish tighter, i expect the camera's metering to adjust more to cater for the fish. Macro would be really nice. However, your shutter speed would be slower and may cause blurness. Lighting up the tank and the fish would be the ideal solution.

how u take with such effect?
do u need to use flash?
went to test the cam today... i love the outlook but... the part that the flash is auto, video can't zoom, and need to take out lens before taking photos affected me a little... but seems like the photos is pretty sharp and anti shake functions seems good

! U using some external adapter of some sort?
nice shot on the Lion King show, i was there last month as well, quite challenging to take a nice shot with the low light and prohibition of using flash photography
