The last pic is a combo ISO (white colour) and the number of shots left (yellow)...the metal thing on top is for you to left up to roll the film when you finish the whole roll...

The lever on the bottom left might be the self-timer lever... Not sure... toooo long ago...:bsmilie:

Just a question on the images... I noticed that all the images are by far one of the best for compact cameras. Are most of the images shot in RAW or Jpeg?

Also, although the lens is a 24mm lens, which is great, at 60mm tele seems quite short, any accessories or other options?

Holy cow, thats a great camera! After a few years break in taking photos I'm doing it again and thats first non-SLR camera that makes me happy ;) Only thing I'm missing is that shutter/mirror sound but that's a pros when you want to silently take a picture.
For more photos go to http://photez.blogspot.com , I'll be updating this site regulary

You can check my pictures on previous site, there's a link to my blog. I don't use tripod.
There's a night shot of river, I just held camera pushed to a tree. But generally you can do waaay more sharp photos in hard light conditions that usual compact.

particularly the last two

did you do any editing with this pic or is it just straight from the cam? nice pics!

Thanks

Ctrl+M and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S in photoshop only . Most imptly spot metering for this scene ... this is a capable camera that is able to produce more then just snapshot .

Std Film mode (Default config.), f/2, 1/8s, ISO800, handheld with IS
postprocessed with shadows/highlights and resized.
surprised that the shadow/highlights adjustment did not churn out much more nasty noise in the dark areas.
after resizing, noise is very acceptable.
