Tried my hands on a LX3 at Vivo City today, and I must say I was blew away with its f/2.0 lens indoors without flash. What was shown on the LCD was in a word, accurate, even when zoomed in during playback. It simply isn't any other ordinary PnS.

I'm still kicking myself for not bringing a SD card to view with my computer.:mad2:

Hi, how do the images taken By Panasonic Lumix LX3 compared to Canon G9 and Nikon P6000? I'm planning to buy the Canon G9 when I came across the photos you guys here taken with LX3 so my resolve is a bit shaken.

U can compare urself, to each its own opinion....LX3 good for low light pics handheld due to F2 aperture.:thumbsup:

I just bought an LX3 over the weekend and I must say it is a beautiful camera. A lot has been said about the LX3...some good, some bad, but in my own opinion, no regrets whatsoever. This thing looks great, feels awesome and for a complete noobie, shoots wonderful pictures. I'm still trying to figure out some of the functions, but overall, i'd say this has got to be one of the best Point and Shoot camera out there...no doubt it's zoom is pathetic, but it's a small price to pay for the wide angle leica lens and f2.0.:thumbsup::thumbsup:
