To be frank, i always feel that i am a lucky photographer. This shot was taken while on the way for a loklok dinner. I saw the nice decor and ambience, i immediately snap away. Then i realise my lens fogs up. And it sort of fogs up at the right position to give it a dreamy feel.

Well although, the firmware rumor had been there since Christmas. But hope its true, since its from canon.

By the way, I think I saw Barry's photo up at canon showroom. Congrats Barry!

Hi eosM.

1, yes a spare batt is a must, no matter which camera u buy.

normally I will suggest my friends to get original. Cos it last longer, not in term of the no of shots. But the length of the lifetime. Lots of 3rd party batt died after 1 yr, while the most original gt many yrs to go (my personal experience, other photographer may have diff mileage.)

2, think the good old rc1 and the newer rc6 works well. Basically most IR remote that works withe the dslr will work with eosM.

Since I am new to the photography scene, can I ask the expert out there how I can take a picture of a nice blue sky? The camera will never get something to focus on and therefore not able to take a shot.
