Yes, its the new cam, TZ7, with 25-300mm lens, AVCHD and stereo sound in videos.
I got it for around $557. A user has reported buying at 555 at Harvey.

haha i would prefer the Stennis shots too but not so many opportunities to go ar esp for my dept, really busy, some colleagues of mine went for such trips 3 times liao and Stennis was my only time.

But i hope the other pics aren't so bad that it puts u off hehe.

Hey Bro phantasmal, you have posted mostly WA and macro shots. How is the cam on the tele end, say from 200 - 300. Wonder how good is the OIS.

I don't really take a lot of zooms thus far, not much oppprtunity to do so.
Here's a 300mm test pic of mine and its crop.
The zooms of the Marina Barage should be quite a distance too.
