Its great man.. Got mine couple of months back, along with 02 x Phottix Kosmos.. Great EN-EL4A replacement so far..

Personally, I wouldn't buy 3rd party batts.

Prefer orinigal.

OK.. But consider this:

To get max fps with D700/D300/D300s without using AA batteries:

Nikon-original only = MB-D10 + EN-EL4 / EN-EL4A + BL-3 (battery door) + Dedicated charger for EN-EL4 / EN-EL4A. All these need to be purchased separately & cost a bomb.

Phottix method = Phottix BG-D300 + Phottix Kosmo (Kosmo charger included with battery) = CHEAP...

And when I mean CHEAP I mean that for the price of an original Nikon MB-D10 I got my battery grip + 2 Phottix Kosmos brand new.
