CanonGraphers is presenting it's first seminar -
Photoshop for Beginners
Time and Date - Sat. 17th March, 9:30AM to 1pm.
Cost - $5 -to cover venue n equipment rental,
Location - to be released to confirmed participant.
Pre-requesite - Really not much, as long as you have working knowledge of windows or mac, and you have attempted to use photoshop, you are within our scope.
The goals of this seminar are twofolds.
First and foremost, to give you the basic skills, to create an eye catching picture, that all your friends will say "wow"!
Then, we want to equip you will the knowledge of all the possibilities that Photoshop can provide, and the first few steps in the journey of mastering Photoshop.
Some of the specific topics that will be covered.Please register via PM with your nick email address and HP, we will send you payment instruction. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the location of the seminar (in Chinatown area).
- Raw conversion,
- File formats,
- Exposure corrections,
- Color corrections,
- Adjusting contrast,
- Filters, layers,
- Touch ups and
- Color profiles/monitor calibrations.
Instructions will be using PS CS2. However, since this is an introduction course, there should not be any problem for those using PS Elements.
