2. Is there a upgrade package from CS2? Upgrade package should be cheaper than full installer.

Are you sure it's the CS3 Extended?
$470 is extremely cheap for the Extended version. Even the upgrade to the Extended version costs $500+ :bigeyes:

The Extended version contains additional functions for video editing.
Hopefully, the word 'Extended' is on the front on the box and not on a small box at the top right corner at the back of the box which is just an info on 'also available version'.
