I think this thread is getting rather lengthy & hard to monitor (most of the updates is an addition/deletion from the list & not about final location & time).

Once time & location confirmed, can the organizers PM the first person on the list & that person PM the next & so on?

That might help a bit. Feel free to improve on the process.

I do agree about the mess. Sorry about that but i am monitoring the list. So far i'm still short of a trainer. Still waiting for the confirmation and once that is confirm, i can then update the thread. I never knew the list could grow so so long. The other problem is i need to find a room big enough to fit everybody in. Anybody got lubang for that?

What's the cost of the hall? Does it have a projector? If it cost a lot, not sure what those on the list will say.

Why not try contact Steven of PSS... they organise seminars for outsiders occasionally and they have the space to accomodate about 40 pax at one go. Just split into 2 batches...

HDB at HDB Hub also has meeting rooms ect from rental - at least this is an alternative to PSS. I remember their rental rates for non PSS usage for the exhibition area was rather stiff.

Another option is the function rooms at Yusof Ishak House. Get someone here who is a member of the NUSPS to help to book. Very cheap, S$9/hr from what I last remembered. You can join rooms if the crowd is too big.

Thanx for the input guys. I guess once i can confirm the date and time, the place should not be a problem since there are so many options now. Will try to confirm with the trainers by this week. I will probably arrange it on Sunday morning from about 9am to probably 5pm if time permits. Based on the last session, 5 hours is not enough. HDB Hub , Punggol Room can accomondate 100+ but the it will cost $105-$107 for an hour
