Photos in Buy/Sell not a requirement ?

Curious because selling 2nd hand stuff is very subjective ..

1. Condition is Seller's perception of the item ..
2. Item name is not an indication of what the item is (yes you can search the net for it .. but why make it so troublesome and its not the exact item for sale)
3. There are alot of people (myself included) that knows the item I want .. but not the exact name of the item ..

Thanks for any reply regarding this ..

its not a must.

but sellers will post photos to get confidence from buyers.

you should also not based on photos and buy... best is to check carefully on the spot during the deal.

Photos are useful when condition is not so good n seller wants to highlight marks or whatnot upfront. But no not a must.

use proper name will help buyers know what you selling,
use photos can help your buyers understand better what are you selling,

you can do whatever you can to help you sell your items fast and at the price you want ......... in a honest way,
