Another suggestion:
As you can see our group is getting bigger & there might some joining us @ the last min on the spot, I would suggest that we further separate ourselves into sections. These sections will take photos in 1 place but in different locations and rotated. These will help to reduce too many photographers crowding at 1 location taking photos and causing commotion.
However, Palangsi will still have the final say on deciding where, what, how to shoot based on general consensus.
ya. totally agreed with having Palangsi as the teamleader. If the group is getting too big to handle or too difficult to control, probably can separate the group into two teams and assign another senior/experienced photographer as the next team leader. Then He and Palangsi will liase about the theme or information about the shoot. Me too just another suggestion.
And one last suggestion, those who are joining the group, maybe can at least bring an item (regardless it can be or not be used) as part of the theme. And Palangsi has already posted what he would bring on the actual day so try not to repeat the items listed there.
