We strongly discourage anyone to come here to look for free photographers/assistant or helpers.
It is not right if you need someone to help you out on a shoot but you're not willing to pay them. If you're in need of assistance for a job and have expectations of the assistant's skills and performance, then you should be willing to reimburse them for their time. You are, in fact, legally obliged to pay the minimum wage.

We do not encourage anyone to advertise themselves to work for free, however, we will not stop you from approaching someone to ask for experience. (where you target people whose work you admire and where you think you might mutually benefit from helping them out occasionally)
