Yep, Filterstorm is good too. There are some more paid apps like Dynamic Lights, Simply HDR & Lenslight that are very good too!

Picfx & PE Studio are good free apps.

May I add mine too:

I'm using the < almost DSLR > (there's a free version now ) which allows separate WB/EV/FL controls.
I find it best for close-up, though it works fine in other field.

On pano, I stick to the Photosynth simply due to its easy operation n great result.
 

Top Camera - Lucky Clan looks good too.
Currently using their Lite version. Their Burst shots sounds pretty fierce (like 1D) :)
