Anything can be argued to be a form of exercise if you want to. When chess was included as a sport during one of the South East Asian games, the chess federation said it required a lot of mental and physical conditioning. Like is damn siong like that.

Other days, practice at expressway during peak hours?

Chess mental, definitely...
But physical? Think until sweat issit?
This one, I cannot see how to justify.

Photography is definitely physical... just carrying the equipment is weights training already.
And you need to move around a lot...
Unless you sit on a stool in an air-con room with your equipment all mounted in front of you and you only need to press the button on your camera... then it is no exercise at all.

I dont think photography is physical enough to be able to replace any daily exercise routine. I still need to jog and do weight training regularly to clear my IPPT.
And btw, sweat NOT = burn fats. you are just losing water.

The term exercise is too general, muscle toning and cardio fall into the category. Carrying 7 kg of equipment can be classified under toning of muscle. Getting heart rate up while shooting XMM is cardio :bsmilie: In either case, I don't think is good enough to keep fit. Going for long walk with climbs and heavy gears would definitely be considered as exercise.:bsmilie:

yes ! especially when u used prime lenses.. move forward and backward alot
