All handheld shots with a 70-200 f/4. Like was mentioned before you need to anticipate the direction in which the dog will run and track form there if not manually focus a point and shoot when the dog crosses the DOF you want. I normally use the former method and only get 1/4 shots in the focus i want thanks to the lower tracking of the 350D...
