Photographers needed for two project/event

Dear Fellow Photographers,

My company has two project/event need photographers to cover:

Project A (end Nov or early dec 2011):

Requirements:

• Half-body shots on pure white background
• Mobile studio to be setup at my company (an office will be provided)
• 2-3 shots for each staff (100-140 staff)
• Photos processed and provided in DVD within 2 weeks after the photo session
• a number of group photos (20-30 staff per group) in between the profile photo sessions.

Project B (feb 2012):

Requirements

• 4 hours event photography service
• Instant print for around 60 photos
• Provide all photos in DVD in full resolution within one week of the session

The event has about 1,200 participants. Activities to photograph include stage performance, key-note speeches, award presentation, buffet lunch, event registration (on-site), exhibition, etc.

Thanks to those who have sent in your quotations

Just to re-emphasize what we need in the quotation

1) please email me, do not pm me
2) please quote me... The committee won't be able to shortlist u if you cannot provide the quotation
3) if you could provided make-up service, please indicate in the quotation
4) project A could possibly arrange in 2-3days, as we won,t be able to gather all staffs from different offices in a single day
5) please provided related portfolio
6) please provide photographer cv, at least some description of experience... This is a very important evaluation criteria to the committee
