Photographers needed for two project/event

Dear Fellow Photographers,

Project A (end Nov or early dec 2012):

Requirements:
Portrait photography on pure white background
Mobile studio to be setup at my company (an office will be provided)
2-3 shots for each staff (around 150 staff)
Photos processed and provided in DVD within 2 weeks after the photo session
a number of group photos (20-30 staff per group) in between the profile photo sessions.

Project B (feb 2013):

Requirements
4 hours event photography service
Instant print for around 200 photos
Provide all photos in DVD in full resolution within one week of the session

The event has about 1,200 participants. Activities to photograph include stage performance, key-note speeches, award presentation, buffet lunch, exhibition, etc.
