Photographer Wanted For Oct 26th Evening

Hi,

We are having a few friends over for Deepavali on Wednesday, Oct 26th 2011.

We would like to engage a photographer for the event as per details below,

Date : Wednesday, Oct 26th 2011
Time : 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Venue : Condo in Bukit Timah Road
Conditions : Outdoor (BBQ & Swimming Pool are) + Indoor (Funtion Room)
Special Mention : Children will be playing with sparklers and other fireworks
Lighting : Night time
Audience : Approx 100 (Adults & Children)

We need a high quality photographer for the entire evening and will need the output in a thumb drive at the end of the event. We can provide the thumb drive and PC if needed to transfer the pictures. Payment in cash at the end of the event can be arranged or cheque, whichever is preferred.

If you are interested, kindly send me a link where we can see some of your work. Please also let us know your fees for the evening. We would prefer you charge us for the evening and not per hour.

We need to make a decision ASAP so would appreciate your note soon. Thanx again and have a nice day.
