If its purely for architectural shoot, then shooting date is not critical as long as the dateline for delivering the images is pre-determined.

To give people a better idea before they can submit their quotations, you might want to provide more details such as, the use of the images, rights ownership, estimated amount of shots required, deliverables, etc.

Asking for a photographer is unlike seeking for an odd job laborer. Instead of asking pple to forward you their rates (based on what?), you have define what is needed as clearly as possible.

they are the paying customer...they will define it later...no point of doing it now...

At the risk of having disputes and wasting everybody's time later, its best to lay down the conditions and scope of works at the point of asking for quotations. Though this may not be done in public but there should be some description at the very least.

Can't agree with you more. This is not a place like a fish market where you find something cheap and good. The requirements have to be laid down first so that candidates can know whether to write in or not. This will save time for the tread starter as well as the photographer.

Tread starter please indicate the conditions of the work, what kind of photos you're looking for, around how much will be paid, etc...

Our company need some exterior shoot for Vivo as tat Vivo is using our company pdts for bth waterproofing and landscaping.

High res image will b needed as we might need to use the photos for our pdt brochures.

Around 100 shoot per project if selected. Morn shooting is required @ a few location @ Vivo.

My boss is quite fussy tat why most photos taken by our own salesperson kenna rejected.

If you are select, most likely my boss will b following you around..He will have alot of comments.
