Hey I know this is gonna sound ironic since I'm a photographer myself....
but I'll be requiring a photographer on the 19th of july
here are the details as follows:
Date needed (tentative): 19th july 2008 (Saturday)
Duration: from noon till night. (prolly around 12pm to 8pm tentative)
Event: 21st birthday celebration
Venue: somehere in pasir ris (to be further updated)
Salary: around $65 for the day (maybe more)
Deliverables: All images to be burnt on dvd; no need to do any post-processing or color correction bla bla... I only require the images to be given to me on a dvd...or cd...
So here's the deal and looooooong story:
its gonna be a belated birthday celebration for me; the 6th july baby and another classmate who's a 15th july baby. Unfortunately I can't imagine trying to take pictures of myself with a dslr when I'm the host...
I don't really dare entrust rented equipment to my classmates (too risky) and I don't mind paying some money outta my own pocket to take pictures to remember my 21st birthday. This will really mean alot to me because I don't really celebrate my birthday so extravagantly. I normally just get 2 red eggs on my birthday thats all... 
SO; I'll be needing the help of fellow photographer/s to help me document the event for me! :3 I'm sorry that I can't pay much money to you though cause I'm on a tight budget.
However, in a way, if you want you can have more or less full rights to the pictures. You can do almost anything with it if you want; (but nothing obscene please, and do inform me if you wish the use the pictures in whatever project ur doing. thats all)
And you can help yourself to the food and drinks if you want. not sure if there'll be liquor though. But if there is indeed liquor please drink it after the event is over...... >.<
If there's a newbie who wants to tag along to gain experience feel free to do so but unfortunately I can't pay you. I can give you advice on how to shoot and stuff... and you can keep the pictures for your portfolio( but do remember to keep me informed if you wanna use it for anything, and email me the photographs.
I'm not sure if I missed out anything or not in this little briefing. If you have any queries feel free to PM me or just post it here and I'll try to reply asap when I'm home from work. I'm pretty negotiable and easy going. So feel free to ask me anything.
