Seem that around now many people got problem with their service!

I used their service 2 times & I have to admit that the 1st time their service was very, very good (photobook delivered within 5 days & their boss assisted me immediately after I got problem with payment method). So 1 month ago I ordered 2nd one from them. But then, after I made payment there still no confirmation of payment replied. I asked them many times, by all the way i knew, but they never responded. Their boss - Eric Loh, Malaysian - only replied 1 message from me via FB said that it would take 2-3 weeks due to lots of orders.

Wait, wait & wait, no one replied, online assitant always offline, tracking order no works. Then I clicked on their FB fanpages. Wa, a lot of people claim that they got nothing from them after making payment & have to wait more than 1 month!!! I claimed on thier FB, then...1 day later their FB closed!

Am I too early to call them cheat, fraud, scam???
 

This is indeed a scam!
Worst ever customer service!
Not going to deal with them anymore.

I'm having almost the same experience with vichio.
Talked to the same person, Eric Loh, then passed to Jayson, until they all stopped answering calls...
Should have taken the local photobook company here in Singapore. Lesson learned
 

I used them for a few times.. The last time was painful.. Their customer service was downright terrible. I have since stopped using them. To photobookmart - your books are decent, but because of your poor customer service, you have lost my respect and business forever.
 

my goodness, whatever happened to them... my first purchase from them was very good, delivered within 5 days... since the experience was good the first time, I bought (prepaid) another 2 albums (15" x 11"), now submitted the order 2 weeks back and not a word from them! ;( Tried calling their number but nobody picks-up.... damn.... so what happens now? :dunno:
 

tried to call the mobile number... rang a few times then hanged up... dialed again now phone is dead... seriously? wtf! :confused:
 

Damn, i still have 1 prepaid book haven't print yet... :angry:

Can CS help us out on this? I remember Photobookmart used to be one of the vendors advertising in the 'Mass Sales" section.

good luck to all, suprise ppl buy prepaid books. lol. too good a deal to resist or what
 

yeah the deal was irresistable, 60% off! and since the first time experience was really great then I didn't really expect something like this, bought prepaid amounting to $190. but now it's not really the money that's the biggest concern... now I have to find some other shop that could print the same format/layout that photobookmart uses... too much pain to re-do the whole thing again! :(

Anyone know of any shop?
 

Any kind hearted mods can help us here? Photobookmart used to posting their services under CS Commercial Services.
 

Actually the problem is not money matter:
- I need the wedding album printed ASAP before my brother wedding, now he had no wedding album in his wedding day!
- Their service in the past is top-notch.
- I didn't find any other photobook services in Singapore equal to them in term of various size, material, software design etc. Any recommendation? Thanks
 

Yeah money is not the big issue here... but the time I spent on composing the albums, wow I don't think I can ever do that again. So hopefully we can find another service provider that can print using the photobookmart's format :cry:

There has been some severe delay in our production due to receiving very large orders in October and November. We require at least 4 weeks to ship the books now, and we can understand many customers are impatience now. The reason some phone calls & emails were not answered were due to many customers called in to check their order status, hence our customer support department is also short handed to handle these.

Despite of having 6 months of redemption period, we understand that many purchasers only redeem their vouchers in 1-2 days before the expiry date. To counter this nature of submission, we are going implement a system for redemptions in Mid Dec to avoid production bottleneck hence, shorten our delivery time.

We believe there is no end for us to improve the service and work efficency. Also we believe with our wisdom, we will continue to improve ourselves and our services.

Least you could do is get that order status enquiry form in your site working... or post a note on your site that there's some serious delays... this don't require that much effort... getting off the grid so suddenly will only lead to unavoidable speculations, can't be helped.
 

just curious. Is photobookmart & just1book the same?
I downloaded just1book software & everything exactly the same with what i saw in photobookmart.
 

My photobooks were sent in Mid-OCt & 5 Nov 2011. Photobookmart has promised that they will be delivered by end Nov. Now is mid-Dec, still no photobooks.

I've sent emails many times to Photobookmart over the last 2wks to enquire, NO REPLY.

Hello, Photobookmart, if you refused to answer 1 email, you will expect 10 emails to be sent from the same customer. Why? because we are all anxious. We have no idea if you are going to deliver our goods or have run away with our hard-earned money.

If you cannot deliver, it is your duty to send emails to the customer to explain how much delay we should expect. Otherwise, you will have more headaches doing all the damage control.

Customers are your best advertisement. We are all understanding people. All we need is acknowledgement from you that you have read our emails & update us on the progress of our photobooks.

It will be more problematic for you if we all proceed to lodge a compliant with CASE or proceed with small claim tribunal.

Customer Service, pls answer ALL emails promptly. When are my Photobooks ready??????
 

That is bad!!! I have just sent in my album 2 weeks ago. No wonder I have not even gotten a email from them yet. Seems like I only getting my photobook like in Feb? =X
 

simplecamera, don't be too happy, not sure if we are getting it at all.

Tempted to stomp down to their shop, or maybe let the police investigate.

Pissed off totally! They don't even answer the phones or emails!
