14 June ( Sat ) understand fathers day 15 June, some of the PAPA here might need to spend time with family.

Time: 6pm


Makan place suggestion.
1. SPICE - Rivervally , Yummy prata & others malay food. Happening place to hang out
2. Banana leaf - little indian - curry fish head & indian food.
3. Lau Pah Sat - Satay & Grilled seafood
4. Newton.
5. Mache
6. NewYORK at Citylink - got snooker but i need to check the sitting area.
7. Cafe cartel - but got Pork rib , not halal


DM sistar & TUPI - Please take over from here, add on more suggestion & Put time Put Place!

You guys plan, wanna casual makan session or restaurant / Buffet style.

2) zhangyb - All but 2. - 7th/14th (prefer 14th) Both evenings
3) Tupi Guy - Fine with both date

I am fine with both date, but pls take this into considerate if we are in very big group, all above mention places are kind of hard to grab seats and have for us to chat. Anyone know where the place is much more less people?

And lets make it evening will be better for everyone?

WAN possibility is a condo BBQ ... need someone to volunteer location. HINT! HINT! HINT!

The advantage is that we have the general area to ourselves, can get ****-faced, Tupiee loud and no one should bother us...unless it contravenes condo rules. Hmmm...

I can do all the marinades and preps. The largest group for gourmet BBQ I've ever catered to was about 50-70 pax. BUUT BUUT BUUT I would need help with storage space as some of the marinated meats I do are at least 3 days' of marinade time.

We could always share the load so taht it would be easier for everyone ... especially me. Hehehehe!

But most importantly, we would not have the problem of halal or not, so our fellow Muslim bros would not be left out.

Could I suggest a possible solution? We get something special for Abang Razor (ta-pow and bring along), unless what ever is decided upon is Halal? LUUB LUUB means including eberyone.

Or Razor do all the preparations! HEHEHE! I can help assist him with how to do the preps...
