Honey Cake: Very very good but must make fresh

Some of my breads (Beer Bread and some buns. There's liver pate (which I made) on the slice of Beer bread)

Baked Fudge: Yummy!

Oh...Velvetine, when can I meet u ah??? ;p drooling oledi leh.... But Philliptan cannot eat hor...at least got to watch ur diet for a year to control first, then 2nd year onwards then moderate the portion u eat.... Velvetine, think u got to come out something new and tasty for him liao....but must be some food that he can eat hor....

Okay, back from PP. Everything normal except 5kg overweight and cholestrol a bit high. So what else is new?

Idiot veggie seller at PP said I must have studied overseas becos I have an accent. Told him I'm from Singapore and I don't know where I picked the accent up from. He then faked an American Accent and insinuated that I faked mine to get attention. I know for sure he is NOT getting any business from me from now on. ;( ;( ;(

It is the one nearest the roast meat stall. The stallholder is a little botak and has a young man working for him. He has a good selection of veggies at his stall but I don't like his attitude. Wanted to cook Lamb Friscasee that calls for lettuce to be cooked with lamb for an hour or so. Went to get lettuce from him and he looked at me as though I was an idiot to let it cook for so long when I told him what I was going to do with so much lettuce. If the Greeks did it that way, then I'll do it that way.

Yes! Me too... especially the bread... look very good leh...

The Beer Bread is very easy and it is the type that you tear away from the loaf and not use a knife to slice it. Good with soups.

I'm currently working on getting recipes that are very easy to make and even the children will be able to do (one of them is home made ice-cream ;p ;p ). When I get a set done, the Baking / Culinary Class at Punggol Coral will commence.

Thanks, Jen is much better just that he is very cranky and sticky inside the ward.


It is basically studio lighting, just play with black or white reflectors. you need enough lights to play with that's all.
