I honestly have not stumbled upon anyone else in this forum who frequents LORDs cameras in Lucky PLaza. Do check this shop out, terribly friendly no obligation shop, at least for that person who serves me (James I think). They give you their best price immediately, no need for haggling. I've not been there for a long time because I'm not in Singapore at the moment. I bought a couple of stuff there, all of which Cathay Photo and others cannot match.
I bought a Sandisk 64mb card there (2002 June) for $50 flat. Bought my MB-16 there for ard $90 abt 8 mths back. My F80 was ard $590 w/o GST I think, and it came with a Nikon Bag after some negotiation. Hoya Polariser 52mm circular was $30. Not sure how these figures compare to the rest, but they are sure competitive. Oh yeah, a fren got the f100 for I think .. $1800 w/o gst.
Just a friendly recommendation. Check it out and tell me if its still the same old friendly service with no obligations and good pricing. Just dont be a tourist.
