Izit my (poor) eyesight but the first photo doesn't seem to be really in focus? Can't seem to make out any detail on the cowrie/soft coral. :think:

For your 2nd shot, I had the same cowrie taken too at Lembeh but not so yellowish.... will post it soon.... when i retrieve it from my home's pc... ;o)

You're right mate..... it does look a bit soft.....

will try some sharpening later.

you're using 2 strobes? very nice pics.

did you try other angles for the 2nd pic?

Yeah 2 strobes, thanks.

Well too bad i did not try any other angles, there was a whole farm of the soft coral there, could't really "plant" my self properly to get another shot...

sigh
