Photo frame for digital 4R?

Hi, I have a few questions here...

1. I'm taking my pics in 1600X1200... Is there a way to print it in postcard size? If yes, where and how?

2. Is it possible to buy photo frames for digital 4R prints? Where can I find nice and cheap ones?

At Fujifilm 20th anniversary at last weekend, they were selling at $1 each for 4R solid wood photo frame. I find them good value and presentable. Try finding them at Fujifilm outlets, maybe not at $1 each.
