Photo equipments stolen from carpark

Haha ... not surprisingly if u see hk news on the crimes thats happening.
a PRC friend told me that qian bao muz be kept in [ qian ] front and not else where.

Sometime my gf will walk around with her handbag unzip. Had to keep reminding her that although it quite Safe here, doesn't mean no crime, still need to safe guard and dun be too complacent.
More has to be vigilant when in other places (countries), some places it not safe to place bags on empty seat beside.

Bro you should see the number of visible handbags, laptops, ipads in car parks... nuts..
In Malaysia, your phone can be taken from right under your nose... nuts here...

Has KL ever been safe?

back in my younger days it was pretty safe.
ok lah not exactly singapore level safe, but you could still hang at night.

now criminals openly rob and shoot in broad daylight.

If you can hang at night, it's not exactly safe :)

Thanks for the heads up reminder. A car boot in my mind has never been a good place to store gear. Does any know how hot it gets in a car parked in the open under the sun. Go measure it and learn some thing.

An easier method is to inflate a blow-up doll in the car like a "scarecrow".
