Oh.... such a nice and cool Christmas morning. 
Merry Christmas allenleonhart. Nice work there.
For those who find nothing wrong with the T&C layout here. I can't understand why you folks can't see obviously that anyone who submitted their photos will be taken fully advantage of regardless it win something or not. This is the reason why a number of us reacted with obvious disdain. Some through words and some through their work.
As a community, we need to stand firm and together to let these people know that we don't appreciate such competition T&C.

no matter how heated an argument is, we don't degenerate to such behavior. Let alone your flapdoodle logic.
sometimes, when the mods/admin team choose NOT to respond (apart from the fact that the mod/admins are not on duty 24/7) to people reporting bad posts is probably because:
a) the insults traded were a result of being baited - ie. someone purposely baiting another to respond. hence, the report is done in hope to get the other party punished.
b) the mods/admin team are giving the offending person(s) more time so that they can either hang themselves with their comments, thus making the process of de-registering much much easier, or
c) the mods/admin team are giving the offending person(s) more time so that they can realise that their comments are on thin ice, retract them, and move on.
d) (and on very very rare cases)the person being insulted truly deserves it.
so, this being christmas, take the time to reflect?
regarding this competition, if any people think it is unfair, move on. wat is being highlighted here is not new about local competitions. while it is nice to raise awareness, do it once and move on. no point beating a dead horse over 5 pages, right?
