i think anyone has a right to shoot bad pictures.. and of course anyone has the right to point out that the pictures are bad.

the difference is behaviour.. some of it is private - like, when you shoot, do you go home to choke your special friend afterwards? i think, that's still ok, at least you keep it to yourself.
