I got to own up, that I was disappointed when Pentax announced the DA35/2.4 at Photokina. "What?" "f2.4?" "A newbie just compares f-numbers and move on to another system" "Where's the f2 or lower?" was my reaction.
But I am glad, I am proven to be very negative and very wrong.
This lens is fantastic and certainly holds itself against the FA35/2 and all other challengers. :thumbsup:

I am pretty amazed you managed to get so many strangers to pose for you. I even have problems (mostly me too shy to ask) even with one! Great shots though. Looks like I will not be the first to get the 35 f/2.4 or the 2nd or the 20th..:embrass:

As for this image, you can improve it off the camera by setting the EV Comp higher and increasing the DR setting too. Best is to use a tripod and HDR mode.

It's really a great outing with you guys!!! Thanks for the suggestion on the setting of white colour buildings....will try the: add +1EV to the exp comp to see for any improvement
