I think this has not been shared before.

Imaging Resource has done a in depth look at the K3II pixel shift and how it stacks up against the likes of high resolution cameras.
Namely the D810 and the 645Z.

With my old pair of eyes, I could see real difference , I can only imagine that The FF camera year end will include this pixel shift technology, which I believe will bring out sharp and 3D details even more in FF.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I saw this.
36mp or 42mp of this pixel shift, I can't imagine the details that will be possible
 

OK I had a giggle with the interesting phrase in this ... "couldn't find their axx with both hands"
