Participating in Best of 2003 ...

is there any ways to participate in the Best of 2003, since i cannot upload my pics in the forum under the "Best of 2003" thread ????

Anyway, I am not quite sure what you mean by "uploading pics on the thread" but you are supposed to just post your threads with the selected photos in each of the categories as per norm. If you do not currently have a web account to upload photos to, you can either signup for a very affordable ClubSNAP Webspace Hosting Plan or look for free webhosts out there. Do a search on ClubSNAP, I am sure there are references to some which are still free.
