thanks guys :) it was cool - thinking of the concept and watching it develop... from making a battery 'lean' in different angles to show a pencil in the process of 'writing' to making objects seemingly suspend in mid-air like the bunch of keys, the sink plug and the power plug... it was a joy to take those pics!!

you are Mr. Invisible! :bsmilie:

actually im wondering if i should reveal... hahaha~ if Zaren's team will accept an article on the series i just did... i'll reveal it in the article *grin*

Are you still refining the pictures? I challenge you to make the gap between the objects bigger eg. the headphone and the player, the key n the keyhole. Up to it? ;P

thats too easy for ParkertR, get him to capture a 747 in mid air.

I shall take up earthlings challenge and also chainsmoker's challenge to take a 747... in mid-air :D

UH... Bro... is it wax? and for some glass with a polarizer?

i've reading your thread since a long time ago and i think you're doing it with some software if i'm not wrong =\

I've gotten PMs and you guys have speculated but no one has really come close to how the series was done.

It's quite simple actually and you might slap yourselves silly after reading this.

I used paper fasteners for them. They come in white or black, made of metal dipped in white or black plastic and are flexible. Along with them, I used 3M's heavy duty double-sided tape (the outdoor use type).

An example:
1. The Plug finding the Socket. Doublesided tape was used to stick the paper fastener behind the wire... then i could 'sculpt' the wire in any way i wanted to. I held the wire in my left hand and used my right hand to hold my camera. The flip-it was used on my flash to get the light where i needed it - to create the shadows that would enhance the effect.

For the others like the battery, same concept... but shooting angles were limited to angles where the support couldn't be seen. Flash was bounced so that the shadow of the supports would not be seen or enhanced~ PSing didn't have to be done cos the supports were all hidden! :D yeah~ hehehe cheers!

Nice "Hollow Man" series!!! I enjoyed it a lot. Creative...:bsmilie:
