The First Shot is quite stunning. Going Black and white for that picture definitely works but I just find that the rest, some of them quite soft

Zantz, noted about the softness. could be due to the polariser filter? also for some of the photos i only sharpened the eyes and lips and did not sharpen the overall pic.
