Panning base

Just wan to check if there's such a thing in the market?
I'm using a 308rc ballhead but the panning only works when the head is unlocked.

I'm looking for something that goes between this and the tripod and hopefully advice on the price if it's available as well.

A 3 pan-way head will suit you.

Check out the Slik Ballhead 800 ....it has aseparate nob to loosen or tighten the panning base....

Really stable....and simple to use...

nothing that would work with an existing ballhead?
Trying to look for a more cost saving option.
