Nice read. I am getting a GF3 with 14mm soon. I already have GF1 with 20mm and 14-45mm. Would appreciate if someone can advise should I get the X power zoom lens? I am choosing between pz 14-45mm and pz 45-175mm, but heard that pz 14-45mm not so good. I just need to have zoom function when I take pictures of holidays. But the non pz 14-45mm is bulky and I find not so good. Appreciate any advise. Thanks.

I have both the 14-45 and the PZ14-42 lenses. I find the 14-45 to be very good for a standard zoom - my pictures of buildings were very good. The PZ is a little less sharp but still useable. And it's compact size really helps.

Thanks for sharing. Just bought the PZ 14-42mm and will try it out. I guess I am used to the nicer pictures from my 20mm pancake. Guess will sell the standard 14-45 to get a PZ 45-175mm for holidays.

I own Silver OMD with 12-50 kit lens.
Intend to buy prime lens, consider between 20 mm 1.7 and 25 mm 1.4...

25mm f1.4 you wont regret in terms of IQ only thing is if you like the focal lenght :-)

Please consider Oly 45mm F1.8(my all-time favourite) as well. I do have Panny 25mm F1.4 but I must say boldy Oly 45mm F1.8 is sharper and got good bokeh and $300 cheaper than Panny 25mm F1.4.Faster in focus.....
And much lighter than Panny.....
