Have been doing TFCDs for sometime, a hobby of mine which I set time apart for from commercial photography.

Looking for models to collaborate with me on outdoor photography. Prefer to work with models that have an idea of what pictures they want to get, and are able to discuss with me on how that can be achieved.

Take note that I sometimes bring studio lights to shoot on location, so you have to be able to tolerate any unwanted attention from passerbys (I have noticed that people like to stare once you pull out umbrellas and softboxes).

Pls email me at mail@chanjoel.com and provide some info about yourself.

Morning all.

Could you please email me instead of PM-ing me. It is easier for me to manage your emails rather than PMs.

Would prefer it if you have some idea in mind, rather than emailing me with "interested to do TFCD". I can do the planning for sure, but would also like to know how you would like to achieve the pictures too, and how the pictures would turn out.

If you have sent me an email/PM and I have not replied within 3 days, please send me a reminder as I may have missed your mail due to the high daily inflow of mail I get.

Regards
Chan

what studio lights are you using?

what studio lights are you using?

Depends on alot of factors.

Biggest factor however, would be the portability of the lights and the exact location away from the carpark/MRT/Bustop and the amount of wind present at the location.

If you are shooting at Pulau Ubin you wont want to carry the heaviest setup and walk all the way right? :bsmilie: Also, the amount of wind around is an important factor to me, at least. I've had umbrellas blown down before. And I don't have enough assistants to act as human lightstands either.

Sometimes I don't even use lights and diffusers. I use remote flashes when the wind is simply to strong.

Anyway why would this be of any concern to you?

i want to learn studio lights.
you still no answer me, which studio lights? :)

As I already said it depends on the location where I am shooting. Different location I use different lights.

If you want to learn about lighting please PM me, and don't gatecrash my thread.

Thanks.

Currently have 1 more theme in mind.

Will need a committed model for this shoot (i.e. willing to spend time to produce the photos - it is not a "smile and shoot 1000 images" kind of shoot)

If you are interested please email me at mail@chanjoel.com or you can add me on MSN at mail@chanjoel.com.

Still looking for that one perfect model... ;p

Please don't PM me - email me instead. Thanks
