I have purchased a Nikon battery grip from Cameta via ebay and ship via vpost.

Here is what I did.

  1. Use your vpost address for shipping and credit card payment
  2. call or email your credit card company and tell them you about your purchase and ask them to approve it.

Note:
I think it is better to use citibank credit card.
Not advisable to purchase battery or item that the word "battery" written as part of description as you may encounter some problems with vpost.

Thanks for the tip. I actually went through V Concierge last week and got rejected by Cameta. Also received an email from them saying that they do not support such arrangements.

If you read the V Concierge T&C, it did stated no ebay or auction purchase.

Singapore address?
Pls note that they do not ship int'l to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and some
other countries as stated in the 'International Shipping Details'.

Jsut get the E500 with dual lens deal. You can get your camera immediately and start shooting.

Just took a look at the cameta site...
It seems they are accepting orders from Singapore now?

just recieved a reply ; they are still rejecting Singapore orders:cry:

As mentioned by some, I also advice you to get the E500 with dual kits lens and shoot. E500 is also very good one just that it lost out to E1 in the weather proof sealing. Also nice on your pocket too. If you are shooting for a hobby, my advice is no need Pro-camera body lah, go and save up for some nice lenses if you want or just stay with the dual kits lens. :)

I already have the E-500 twin lens kit.
Like to get the E-1 as I would shoot in the rain if equipment permits, eg last weekend's weather. :)

Oh okay then, if you want E1 you will have to ask whoever like your friends or relatives to get it for you in the States. :)
