I am placing an order for Close-up in Nature by John Shaw from Amazon.Com. This is one of the best and most up-to-date book ever written on macro photography.

However, it is extremely difficult to find in local bookstores. Last known retail price here is about SGD45.00.

If I order only 1 copy from Amazon, the cost including postage is about SGD56.00. If I order 3 copies, the price drops to about SGD41.00 each.

I am not doing a MO. I can order two or three more copies so that the shipping cost can be splited. Delivery is usually about 2 weeks.

Anyone interested to piggy back please PM me.

Thanks

K.C.

You gotta be careful with acmabooks. They probably get the books from overseas after you order. My first order was only a week late. The second order was delayed by 4 weeks and I had to cancel the order - no satisfactory explanation, nothing. I had to call up customer service and make a fuss before I got a proper answer. When amazon.com says I'll get the book in X days, it has always reached before time.

Thanks for the comment. What I try to do is to source locally first, if there is no stock locally, I would try my best to keep my promise on the delivery date to bring in oversea stock or a satisfactory answer will be given.
