Opteka 6.5mm f3.5

I recently came across an Opteka 6.5mm f/3.5 for Canon EF on eBay. Has anyone used this lens before? Recommended? The price seems reasonable considering Samyang's 8mm f/3.5 is about $425 to $450.

Exactly the same of Samyang 8mm f3.5, just different company name printer on the lens.

Is it the same? How can it be the same lens if the focal length is different?

It seemed like the lens is build by Samyang, but it is a different lens as the 8mm.

A lot online reviews suggest that they are identical lens with different name. It's just marketing. Samyang gives 8mm, Opteka 6.5mm, Vivitar gives 7mm... They are the same...

If this is same as the Samyang 8mm f3.5, the price is very reasonable and worth serious considerations.
