Opportunities to showcase in international magazine

I have be contacted to look for photographers who have suitable images meeting two themes, 1) RISE 2) MERGE. This is a photoart project. There's room for various interpretation of the themes RISE and MERGE. There is no payment for your images but credentials will be given to you should your images be selected for publication in an international photoart magazine. You would hence build good credentials, and build your portfolio.

What about copyrights?
What sort of copyrights do they need us to give to them? Full release/Partial release/one time release, etc. And yes, it would help if we know what is the publication.

Details on the magazine and circulation would be good, as photographers will be surrendering their copyrights either in part or full to the publisher.
