Benefits: Cuts stray light, reduces glare, reduces/eliminates reflections, some of the effects can't be achieved in post
Usage: For shooting sky, sand, road, water, and shoot through glass
Cons: Pricey, Most effective only when light source is 90 degrees from object and almost non-effective when 180 degrees, frequency of usage as not many ppl shoot sun, sand, sea, water that often
